Natalie & Benjamin’s Wedding 15 09 22

We headed out to Natalie’s house to start the day off photographing the girls getting ready for the big day. Sapphire styling - https://www.sapphirestyling.co.uk/ were already there making the girls look fab for the day ahead.

Dave and I photographed the girls for a while, then I went over to the church via the local alehouse to meet up with Ben and the groomsmen before the ceremony.

After a few stiff drinks to calm the nerves, they then headed off to St James Church https://www.achurchnearyou.com/church/9438/ ready for the ceremony. It was lovely to meet up with Simon the local vicar again as we had photographed a ceremony a few weeks previously with him.

Natalie looked stunning as she walked down the aisle, and then the ceremony was underway. Speeches and music followed, then the newlyweds left the church as man & wife, to be greeted with confetti outside the church. We then took the group shots.

The reception was located in the picturesque village of Horton. The newlyweds had booked the village hall http://hortonandchalburyvillagehall.com/ which is a beautiful converted barn in the heart of the village. Upon arriving the couple were greeted by the guests and our friends soulstarmusic - https://www.soulstarmusic.co.uk/ provided the tunes for the day.

After the formal photos it was time for the Wedding Breakfast with amazing food provided by Flaming Peaches Catering - https://flaming-peaches.com/

Best man Jake provided a very entertaining speech complete with his trusty PowerPoint gizmo. Together with more speeches from the bridal party and a final word from another best man, we headed out into the nearby field to do a few shots with the lighting kit.

We had great fun photographing the wedding party with the Godox kit, being watched on by the local sheep mafia and a few autumn mosquitoes catching the last few rays of light as the sun set behind Horton tower.

We headed back to the barn for the first dance and then it was time to head off back home.

Natalie and Benjamin are made for each other and we wish them all the best with their new life together.
